Terrific - I've never seen a Reed Warbler in real life & couldn't begin to name the dragonflies & damselflies, a few butterflies I can manage. Gorgeous to see & have them named. Paula (PEP)
Ooh, wonderful photos and lucky you! I've never seen an emerald damsel and not so sure about the flutterbies. You did well to capture the reed warbler, too - they're so quick and so shy. Great photos and I hope you had a lovely break :-)
Thank you so much sharing your lovely wildlife photos Sally, beautiful clarity on them.
A dragonfly decided to camp out in our conservatory yesterday, it must have taken us an hour to persuade it that outside was a much better option for it.
Sally, I L-O-V-E these photos!!! Wonderful - all of these little critters are so beautiful. Of course, as a bird lover, my favorite is the warbler, but the butterflies and dragonflies are very amazing as well. Just beautiful!

Brilliant photos! We had a pair of willow warblers in our garden the other day, but didn't manage to get any pics. x
