Nicecrane Designs

After seeing Brenda's post here and Lynne's post here, I thought I'd better go and check out Nicecrane Designs...what a lot of gorgeous images there are! I spent a bit, but the lovely Ignacio gave me some freebies too. They are instant downloads, so very quick and great when you want a card in a hurry!


The images on these two cards are from a sheet called 'Colorful Nature'. I just loved the vintage feel and the gorgeously crisp images. I know I love stamping, but using images like this still means you can stamp the background or base card. I used the worn paint stamp and the delicate vine from Inkylicious. The inks were bundled sage, shabby shutters and rusty hinge DI, with memento olive grove to stamp the vine. The various scraps of paper and card used to mat and layer were all from my snippets drawers, which are very full at the moment!

    Absolutely gorgeus Sally,,,,love the clean and simple backgrounds,,,,with the delicated pict from my stuff,,,I am falling in lovw with your color combo,,,,,to get the distressed and vintage look.Wow,,,,very well done Sally.

    Oh dear Sal, Lynne and I will have to bear the blame here, but you are right Ignacio's images are lovely and really appeal to the likes of us Nature lovers.

    Lovely backgrounds seamlessly in keeping with the images. The long-tailed Tits are superbly delightful & I love your use of those soft pink brads to highlight.

    These are lovely Sally. Gorgeous backgrounds (have yet to ink up my worn paint stamp which I got at Donny!) and love the vintage look of these beautiful cards.

    Have to admit I'm not into digi images at all but I think it's mostly because of my hate, hate relationship with the computer, lol!

    Both are knock-down gorgeous! Love these images & really like the shimmery backgrounds you created to showcase the lovely critters. My fav is - of course - the birds. I will be checking out this site once I get some outstanding online orders in hand. Really like your vine stamp with these images too...so perfect with each one. TFS
