Sunflower days

Hi There! Here's a simple card I made the other day using the Autumn stamps and catalyst collage papers released recently.

I began by stamping the Sunflower from the Autumn Florals stamp set onto a scrap of white card using Versafine Clair black ink.

Next I coloured it in using Ecoline brush pens.
I rounded the corners and sponged yellow ink around the edge of the card.
next, I cut a piece of Catalyst collage paper from the Pumpkin Season A4 set, and used a couple of stamps from the Autumn and acorns stamp set to add to the background. I stamped in Sand Dune and Acorn Versafine Clair ink.
I added a line of faux stitching using a fine liner around the edge and attached it to the front of an A6 card.
Finally I added the Sunflower using 3d foam pads and a wordy sticker sentiment.

I used:
Versafine clair inks - I used Nocturne, Acorn and Sand Dune
Ecoline pens

Thanks for looking!

  1. The prettily coloured sunflower looks great over the catalyst paper with the added stamps, such a great idea to make a beautiful background Sally...a beautiful card. x
