Boys to Men and a digi from Dora

The Challenge over at Allsorts this week is to share a card for boys or men. I was asked by one of my karate buddies to make a thank you card for our Sensei. I don't have any Karate themed stamps (even finding digis for adults is dificult) so I googled clip art and found these free images. I then used inks and stencils to create the background. The scrabble tiles looked much straighter in real life, lol. Here is a picture of me with him. If you know of any martial Arts themed stamps please let me know. I have digis from Mo Manning and Kenny K which are great for kids but not really suitable for adults.

My second card should have been on my blog on 24th September, but with one thing and another I am afraid I forgot. Sorry Dora! Better late than never! This was my DT card for Dora's digis that you can find here.  The papers were some I made ages ago using the shaving foam marbling technique and Distress reinkers made into sprays. I've been doing quite a bit of pencil colouring on grey and kraft card as it makes the paler colours pop.
Thanks for looking and for all your lovely comments x

A little giggle first thing Sal, Little and Large!! But well done and a perfect card for your Sensei and also the one with Cora's image. Must be the week for shaving foam, I topped up my stash this week and just visited someone else doing the same.

What a great card for your Sensei Sally and the digital silhouettes have work really well, and a great background which you added too. The bird on the second looks so bright and pretty done with pencils on the kraft card and with some great marbling in the background, also the silver pearl drops are a great finishing touch. x

Two beautiful cards! The clipart you found worked out perfectly!

Not sure I've ever seen any martial art type stamps adult themed. Wonder if you were to message a company and ask them if they would like to create a set? I think Visible Image could make a fantastic Martial Arts type set suitable for adults.
Thank you so much for joining us at Allsorts challenge!

Hi Sally, As a lover of Woodware stamps I thought I would let you know that I have found a new supplier which is ICONUK, both stamps were £4.75 with free postage of an order of over £5. This is the cheapest that I have found them anywhere.
You may already know this but just in case you didn't I thought I would let you know.
