Here is my card for Allsorts this week where the challenge is to make something for Men. It was very simple and quick! Most of the men in our family love walking, so I cut part of an old road atlas with the Lake District on it and used it as my backing paper. The boots stamp is an Aspects of design one from The Stamp man and the greeting is a Stamporium one. Thanks for looking!

What a very clever idea using the map, that's an idea I might need to borrow.
And you have been havng a play I am pleased to see. But I don't rememebr all of those stamps being on your 'need' list ? When did that corner one fall in I wonder ?

Hi Sally
A great card - I hope you never need that page from the road atlas>!?!?!?!?
I keep looking at our bookcases to see what book we could perhaps "do without" LOL!!
Thank you for joining us at Allsorts this week.
Love Jules xx
Don't worry, Jules. It was a 2001 atlas - we've had another since then, and we are due a third I think as 2006 is looking a bit worn. Good job really as I've used the Peak District, the Lakes, the North York Moors and quite a bit of Scotland!!!
Great idea to use the map and boots! Always hard to think up things for men!

What a great idea! Love those boots and the map works so well. Ooh, the Lakes - such a gorgeous place.
Brilliant male card. Love those walking boots! Bought an atlas in the pound shop just to use for cards, i love the effect it gives.
