My September card for Dora

 Here is a card I made with the wonderful Dark Turtle designed by Dora. This is available as a digi on Dora's blog here or as a Crafty Individuals stamp here.

I used the Crafty Individuals stamp. I stamped and masked it, stencilling the turtle (inkylicious) and stamping the text (Crafty Individuals) and splatter (Inkylicious). Once the mask was removed I coloured the turtle and fish with my Arteza watercolour pencils, adding a grey shadow around the images. I really am enjoying colouring with pencils at the moment. Practice has definitely improved my blending.

March Rudolf Day

Hi there! It is time for another Rudolf Day over at Scrappy Mo's. This month, like last month, I have two Kraft offerings for you...

 My first uses stencils and stamps from Inkylicious on the main panel with additional snowflakes on the base card from Hobby Art. Some were stamped in white ink and some in Brilliance gold. Here is a close up...

 My second is a digi from Teri Sherman (Delicious Doodles Etsy shop), printed onto Kraft paper and coloured with watercolour pencils. I thought I'd made a bit of a mess on the lettering, but managed to rescue it with a white posca pen and some random dots 😀

Blue poppy

I have seen lots of stamping and colouring on Kraft recently, so I thought I would have a go with the beautiful botanical poppy from Inkylicious.

I coloured the poppy with my watercolour pencils and then used my water brush to blend. The base card is stamped with worn paint background in tumbled glass Distress ink and then dusted with walnut stain. I stamped flourish 2 with walnut stain distress ink too and added a sticky ribbon (free with a magazine many years ago!)
As this poppy stamp is new stash, I am entering it into this week's Allsorts Challenge where the theme is 'use your new stash'.
