Some snippet makes

Here are a couple of cards that I made from snippets. The first is a small card, using a snippet of cotton braid and leaves (Inky Doodles) stamped on snippets of white card and coloured with promarkers. I picked up the embossing folder in the Range sale for £3.00 I think - a bargain!
My second card used all snippets apart from the base card. The dylusions sprayed paper was left over from a crafty individuals card I made last year, and the snippets of black may well have been there for decades, lol! I added stickles to the top of the chloe stem die cut (Memory box). Unusually for me there is no stamping on this one, although a sentiment could be added as needed.
I am off to see Miss Di in the snippets playground for a huddle round the stove with the girls. It is way too cold and slippy to skip, and I am not chancing the slide in case of frostbite in the derrière!
Hope you are all keeping warm and dry. Thanks for looking!

Two beautiful cards Sally, I love the oak leaf EF you used on the first one, a real bargain too.
The coloured panel on the second one is gorgeous, a perfect base for the lovely die cut.

Woohooo . . . just look at these pretty snippets cards!

Love the embossing on the first one with the touch of colour in the leaves.

Second one is superb too. Just LOVE that Chloe stem die! Great idea about adding stickles to the buds of it! TFS

PS: Have you heard about the rodeo at the Playground? Mrs A is up to something!

Two gorgeous cards Sally. A great purchase with the oak leaf folder. I love the colours of the second card. I really should use my box of scraps more oftem, especially if I made cards like this with them.

Two gorgeous snippets cards Sally. You sure did get a bargain there!

Ahem though, the rumour of a horse in the Playground is a wicked wind-up.

Hang on, there's a horse box just pulled up at the gates - oh NO!!!!

Pretty little snippet cards! I like the stamped/colored leaves on top of the white embossed leaves with the braided cord. Very nice.

Both cards are beautiful. The first card is calm, relaxed and optimistic. The beginning of the autumn sun, which feels a little summer. The second card panel colors delighted me, and steckles on Chloe are the proverbial icing on the cake. Great.
