A set of Artist Trading Cards

Hi There! I have been having a bit of fun making Artist Trading Cards this weekend. Here is how I made them.

I began by cutting myself 3 cards from mixed media card measuring 2.5" x3.5"
Next I smooshed some distress oxide inks on to them.
Once dry, I stamped them using the crackle background in Peacock Feathers ink
When this was dry, I wiped the cards with an anti static cloth, then masked off two thirds of the card, before stamping with versafine ink and adding gold embossing powder. This was done with the Asemic writing stamp.
Here is a close up of the gold embossing once heated.
Next I stamped the coffee bean border from Freehand Borders #2 in Ground Espresso Distress Oxide ink
I used the same ink to stamp the leaves from Journaling essentials #2 on to a scrap of white card before fussy cutting them.
On a scrap of teal coloured card I stamped three sentiments from Mixed Messages #3 and heat embossed in white. I attached the leaves, the sentiments and some coordinating sequins to the three backgrounds using matte medium. I also added a border with a brown marker. Here they are:

I used:
ATCs cut from mixed media card
Distress oxide inks in Salvaged Patina, Peacock Feathers, Hickory Smoke and Ground Espresso
Versamark ink for embossing
Brown marker pen
Sequins

Bev will be live tonight at 8pm on the Bee Crafty Facebook page and I will be live tomorrow at the same time. I hope you can join us!
Thanks for looking!

Beautiful ATC's in turquoise and gold Sally and the added brown for the leaves and coffee beans, and then the white on teal sentiment strips go brilliantly. x
