In the words of my lovely daughter 'Considering you don't do pink you have made some very pretty pink cards this time!' These are the ones she was referring to.
All of these cards made their way to Inkylicious, although not all of the stamps were on Create and Craft. The Vintage French Rose was on the show and here I have coloured it with spun Sugar Distress Marker to show how delicate it can look in contrast to the one I posted on Monday. In the background on the first is the delicate vine - great for backgrounds and corners. The background on the second is the fully repeatable Lattice stamp. The third features a new stamp called Fairy Tale and a gelli plate background made with pearlised paint and the Sweet Pea stamp. In real life it is a little more pink than it looks in the photo! Finally, for the last card I used Say it with flowers, and one of the twinchie stamps to make the background.
Going back to the pink comment, although it is definitely not my colour clothes-wise, I have to say it is growing on me once more where cards are concerned!
Thanks for looking!

Hi Sally, I'm doing some late night visiting after returning from our long weekend in Chester. We had a great time but I hardly had any sleep ..... unfamiliar bed and all that, lol! That meant I fell asleep for an hour after unpacking and now its bedtime I'm wide awake .... when will I learn, lol!
Anyway, I love all your cards here. I particularly like the rose image on the first two and the pearlescent gelli plate background is gorgeous (My Gelli plate is still in the packaging!). I have a shopping list ready for Deby on Sunday and it's all your fault, lol! Hope to bump into you there.
Your samples are looking fab on the TV and they are so deserving of their place on the shows.
Hugs

Hi Sally, I am so enjoying your flower cards. They are all so beautiful. For someone who doesn't 'do pink', you've got a great hand at the delicate coloring on these cards. I'll have to check out this stamp company (and hope it is one I can buy something from!). I see so many UK companies with the lovely stamps, but alas, shipping is too costly. Thanks for visiting & leaving a comment. I'm liking your blog background too. So very pretty.
Brilliant - especially the first & last; think it's the backgrounds that have captivated me: definitely my style & I love these Distressed Pinks......not so 'in your face' so not really pink......

Until I read this Sal it hadn't occurred to me that you rarely do pink, but on reflection Meg is spot on.
But clearly you do pink very well and such a great collection of artwork.

Hi Sally . . . oh THANK YOU for the inspiration . . . I have that pretty rose postcard stamp uninked as yet. I fell in love with it, but it's still sitting in my drawer waiting to be used!
All the cards you've shown are just delightful.
