Inspired by the lovely gift I received from Lynne that you can see here, I decided to have a go at altering a domino that I had in my stash. I drilled a small hole in the top and added a bail and a bead. I created the background with alcohol inks and stamped the Inkylicious tree in versafine, before covering with crystal glaze and edging with a silver leaf pen.
It isn't a patch on Lynne's beauties but I really enjoyed making it, so much so I have ordered myself some more dominoes to play with!
I have had a day off work today. We had a burst pipe in the ceiling affecting asbestos, so no staff were allowed in school! I did my shopping when it was quiet and pottered about doing this and that. I have had a play with my dylusions too, which I will share with you soon.
Back to work tomorrow and a course after school too, so I'd better go and get ready.
Thanks for looking and for all your lovely comments

This is lovely Sally. I know I have some dominos I bought ages ago and when my beautiful one from Lynne arrived I wanted to have a go but can I find them ...... can I heck! I'll look forward to seeing more when you get them.
Shame about the leak but great that you got an unexpected day off ;D.

It's gorgeous, Sally! I love the delicate colours you've used, and that purple bead. I've just bought some bits & pieces to make more - watch this space! x

Totally Terrific! A Delightful Domino. I can't think of any other alliterations! xxx
Looks super with the way your deep mauve bead just brings out the mauvish tones of the background hills & I love the way your positioned the tree going off the domino.

That is so beautiful Sally, fab detail in it too.
This is beautiful, Sally, I love how you've managed to create a scene in such a tiny space. I have some dominos but didn't know what to do with them... I do know!

Your Domino pendant is the tops. I have some white dominoes in my stash sent to me from an American blogging friend to use. I can feel some painting coming on!!! hugs Mrs A.
