Shoes...

I've made a card for a 'shoe queen', but that got me thinking. I own more than my fair share of shoes, but that isn't because I particularly like them. I'm forever in search of something comfortable. I spend a good part of the working day on my feet, walking around. If a pair of shoes stays on my feet beyond my front door that is unusual. I'm much better in the summer when I can wear sandals and flip flops. These shoes I would have worn when I was in my late teens and early twenties, but not any more! Give me a pair of flat, sensible, comfortable shoes any day! If only my Mum could hear me say that. She would be saying "I told you so!"
The stamp I have had for years and was from Stamporium. I stamped and heat embossed with silver. The background is another inspired by Phree, using Kaleidacolor Blue Breeze. I finished it off with blue rainbow drops from Crafty Notions.

Love the shoes Sally, although I know what you mean. I love summer and comfortable mules and flip flops too. In the winter all I own are boots but I would love to have an opportunity to wear these. The background is stunning.
Have a great Easter weekend
